What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting shoppers, making sure everyone receives five-star service
- Supervising and motivating a small team if you’re in the Sales Supervisor role — think of yourself as the hands-on leader that rallies everyone to hit targets
- Actively promoting products and specialty items with contagious enthusiasm
- Setting up creative merchandise displays that grab attention and boost interest
- Managing cash register operations, handling payments quickly and accurately
- Keeping shelves tidy and stocked, making sure every product looks its best
- Pitching in wherever it’s needed during busy hours — teamwork makes the magic happen!
- Reporting daily sales and customer feedback to your manager
What You’ll Bring
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Prior experience in retail, sales, cashiering, or merchandising — any of these are a plus
- For supervisor roles: experience leading or training retail teams
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as per the mall schedule
- A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn on the job
