What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with customers: Guide visitors through fragrance selections, answer questions, and create a welcoming, luxury shopping experience.
- Drive sales: Use your communication skills to achieve targets and grow repeat business.
- Engage online: Assist with digital marketing tasks—posting to social media, responding to online inquiries, and supporting promotions.
- Keep things fresh: Help organize displays and keep the store tidy and inviting.
- Learn fast: Pick up product details quickly and translate that knowledge into confident, helpful service.
- Team up: Support your colleagues with daily tasks, brainstorm marketing ideas, and pitch in where needed.
Note: This position is based inside Dubai Mall and requires daily onsite presence.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!)
- Willingness to learn about fragrances, sales, and basic online marketing
- Currently inside UAE with immediate availability
- Comfort working with a diverse range of people and nationalities
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms for business promotion
- A genuine interest in perfumes or the beauty industry
