About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it’s like to thrive at the vibrant center of Dubai’s retail scene? We’re on the lookout for passionate Sales and Marketing Executives who love connecting with people—and never shy away from a challenge. If you enjoy the fast pace of mall life, where no two days are quite the same, this could be your next opportunity to shine and grow.
About the Company
Picture a retail team that feels more like a supportive crew than a workplace—where collaborative brainstorming sessions can spark as easily as friendly competition. We’re based right in one of Dubai’s bustling malls, so you’ll experience the energy of a constantly moving market firsthand. We value ambition, drive, and the ability to celebrate each win together (occasional cake included). Here, success is recognized, and hard work never goes unnoticed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers on the shop floor, matching them with the perfect products and memorable experiences
- Driving sales through persuasive, genuine communication—think less “hard sell,” more “helpful guide”
- Building and maintaining lasting customer relationships; it’s about more than just the next transaction
- Supporting in-store promotions and coordinating small-scale marketing campaigns to reach local shoppers
- Keeping sales reports updated and learning from each week’s results—every target is a new opportunity
- Working closely with the team to create an uplifting, high-energy store environment (where team wins beat solo victories)
- Staying up-to-date on product trends and sharing insights with your fellow teammates
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the UAE retail market (you know your way around a busy store)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—you enjoy understanding what customers really need
- Confident, presentable, and naturally customer-focused
- Determination to meet and exceed given sales targets
- Ready to adapt to changing demands with positivity and drive
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to marketing activities, promotions, or visual merchandising
- Experience working in a mall environment or with diverse, multicultural teams
- Multilingual skills—a major plus in Dubai’s international market
Not sure you hit every note? We believe initiative and attitude can matter just as much as experience, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Monthly salary from AED 2400 to 4000, plus commission—your effort truly pays off
- Sponsored Visa and provided transportation (so you can focus on your work, not your commute)
- Opportunity for uncapped commissions and regular recognition of top performers
- Exposure to Dubai’s dynamic retail sector, with lots of room for rapid career growth
- Supportive management that values hard work, celebrates wins, and encourages ongoing learning
- A diverse, welcoming team—any nationality will fit right in
Every day brings new faces, new challenges, and a feeling that you’re part of Dubai’s ever-changing retail story. If you thrive on energy and believe you can stand out in a crowd, we’d love to hear from you.
