What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage and assist shoppers: Guide customers through their purchases with genuine care and expertise.
- Drive sales targets: Work together as a team to meet, and even exceed, daily and monthly revenue goals.
- Lead (for Supervisors): Motivate your team, resolve small hiccups, and help train new hires.
- Merchandise: Make sure displays are fresh, tidy, and eye-catching—think: setting up new collections or re-stocking bestsellers.
- Promote special offers: Get creative in suggesting promotions and upselling with integrity.
- Cashier responsibilities: Process purchases quickly, accurately, and with a smile.
- Report and feedback: Share customer insights with management to help us keep improving.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently living inside the UAE (please note, we can only consider UAE-based applicants for these urgent openings)
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Well-groomed, friendly, and approachable attitude
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous shopfloor leadership for Sales Supervisors
- Fluency in multiple languages (Arabic, Hindi, English, etc.)
- Experience with cash register systems or POS
- An eye for visual merchandising
