What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Supervisors:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales promoters and cashiers, ensuring targets are met and the mood stays upbeat.
- Step in to resolve customer queries, manage daily operations, and keep everything running smoothly on the floor.
- Coach and mentor team members, celebrating wins and guiding improvement.
- Sales Promoters:
- Engage shoppers by highlighting product features and demonstrating real enthusiasm for our brands.
- Share product knowledge in ways that are clear, helpful, and authentic—no script robots here!
- Assist with displays and collaborate with the team to keep things fresh and eye-catching.
- Merchandisers:
- Create visually appealing product layouts and rotate stock to maximize visibility and sales.
- Liaise with store management to coordinate promotions and new launches.
- Keep inventory in check, ensuring popular items are always ready for eager buyers.
- Cashiers:
- Provide reliable, friendly service at checkout—accuracy and great conversation go hand-in-hand.
- Manage transactions smoothly and help resolve minor issues before they become major headaches.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting register area as part of the overall customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (the more front-line, the better).
- Strong communication skills—a genuine people person.
- Adaptability and positivity, even during busy peaks or under pressure.
- Must be currently inside the UAE and ready for immediate start.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in shopping centres or high-traffic retail environments.
- Fluency in additional languages—always a plus in our diverse setting.
- Tech-savvy (familiar with POS systems, inventory apps, etc.).
