What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Supervisor: Lead and motivate your sales team, set daily targets, coach newcomers, and make sure customers leave with a smile (and maybe more than they planned to buy!).
- Sales Promoter: Demonstrate products, answer queries, and turn casual browsers into loyal customers through genuine connection—and maybe a well-timed suggestion or two.
- Merchandiser: Keep the shelves looking sharp, arrange displays that catch the eye, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the team to highlight new arrivals.
- Cashier: Deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences, handle transactions accurately, and be the last smiling face our customers see.
- Rotate across sales areas as needed—no two days look exactly alike!
- Report daily achievements and challenges to your manager.
- Be a champion for great service—spotting ways we can improve the shopping experience for every visitor.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive attitude and a knack for connecting with people—your energy is contagious.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (even if your role was different, we love adaptable people).
- Strong teamwork skills and the flexibility to pick up new tasks.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Barsha, Dubai.
- Currently residing inside the UAE.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in one of the listed roles (supervisor, promoter, merchandiser, cashier).
- Basic computer or POS knowledge.
- English or Arabic communication skills.
