What You’ll Be Doing
For Indoor Sales Associates:
- Greeting walk-in clients with genuine warmth and guiding them through our collections.
- Assessing customer needs and making recommendations that fit styles and budgets.
- Coordinating with delivery teams to ensure smooth after-sales service.
- Participating in new product launches and promotional in-store events.
For Telesales Representatives:
- Reaching out to prospects and previous customers over the phone — always with a friendly, solutions-driven approach.
- Following up on leads, answering queries, and building long-term rapport with clients.
- Documenting feedback and trends for team huddles.
- Cross-selling and upselling when the fit is right.
For Sales Supervisors:
- Overseeing and inspiring a small but mighty sales team.
- Coaching team members — sharing tips, celebrating wins, troubleshooting challenges.
- Tracking daily sales numbers, handling escalated queries, and collaborating with management.
- Organizing weekend sales contests and recognizing top performers.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales — furniture or retail sector preferred, but all relevant backgrounds welcome.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with in-person and/or phone-based selling.
- Motivation to work towards targets (with a positive attitude when things get busy).
- Willingness to work as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
- Availability for shifts including weekends.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the UAE market or knowledge of local customer preferences.
- Basic computer skills (sales software, emails, etc.).
- Supervisory or team lead experience (for Sales Supervisor roles).
