About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ready to give your ambition a Downtown Dubai address? We’re on the lookout for dynamic Sales Executives and vivacious Telesales Agents to join our real estate team right in the heart of the city. If you’ve already spent a year or three hustling in sales or real estate, this could be the game-changer gig you’ve been searching for. With Dubai’s market buzzing and new developments sprouting up every day, now is your chance to help people find their next home or investment—and elevate your career while you’re at it.
About the Company
Picture this: a modern office with Burj Khalifa views, a team that celebrates wins big and small, and a business built on transparency and drive. We’re not just another real estate company; we're a community of professionals who thrive on collaboration, open feedback, and Friday morning coffee runs that turn into deep-dive market chats. Whether you're passionate about luxury penthouses or affordable studio finds, we empower you to lead the conversation and make every client interaction count. Our mission? Turning property dreams into reality, one delighted customer at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with potential buyers, sellers, and renters via inbound and outbound calls—no script robots here, just authentic conversations.
- Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns (no cold starts; you’ll have warm opportunities).
- Guiding clients through the nuanced real estate landscape of Dubai—from first inquiry to close, and sometimes beyond.
- Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Keeping an eagle eye on Dubai's ever-changing property trends and offerings—you'll be the go-to market insider for clients.
- Working closely with your team; sharing tips, celebrating wins, and sometimes laughing over the ones that got away.
- Managing your own sales pipeline, keeping meticulous records in our CRM (helpful, not a hassle).
- Attending onsite viewings and open houses when required—yes, you’ll get out from behind the desk.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of real estate sales or telesales experience (in any market—Dubai is a bonus, but not a must)
- Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Permission to work from within the UAE (we’ll need you here, not dialing in from a beach in Bali)
- Ambition, energy, and a natural knack for relationship-building
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines, without losing your smile
Nice-to-Haves
- Multilingual abilities—Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin are especially welcome
- Previous experience with CRM software
- A personal interest in Dubai’s real estate scene or a love for exploring neighborhoods
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- Competitive monthly salary from AED 3,500 to 6,000 based on your experience
- Visa sponsorship and full medical insurance—breathe easy, we’ve got you covered
