What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with walk-in clients and inbound enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored travel packages, flights, and other services.
  • Following up on leads quickly—timing and persistence really do make the difference here.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of popular destinations, visa requirements, and seasonal promotions.
  • Working closely with colleagues to hit monthly sales targets and celebrate shared wins.
  • Handling booking processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping detailed records of transactions and client preferences for seamless repeat business.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a travel agency sales role (indoor or field).
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!).
  • Familiarity with popular travel booking systems and platforms.
  • Ability to work from our Deira City office and currently reside inside the UAE.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and genuine interest in helping people travel smarter.
