What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with walk-in clients and inbound enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored travel packages, flights, and other services.
- Following up on leads quickly—timing and persistence really do make the difference here.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of popular destinations, visa requirements, and seasonal promotions.
- Working closely with colleagues to hit monthly sales targets and celebrate shared wins.
- Handling booking processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Keeping detailed records of transactions and client preferences for seamless repeat business.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a travel agency sales role (indoor or field).
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!).
- Familiarity with popular travel booking systems and platforms.
- Ability to work from our Deira City office and currently reside inside the UAE.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and genuine interest in helping people travel smarter.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with UAE visa processes or knowledge of regional travel trends.
- Comfort with upselling services—think travel insurance, excursions, or upgrades.
