What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging directly with customers, guiding them through our diverse fragrance collection and helping them find just the right match.
- Managing transactions with precision and positivity as a cashier — ensuring accuracy and smooth service every time.
- Contributing to merchandising and in-store displays, making sure the store is always inviting and products are beautifully presented.
- Supporting day-to-day operations, from handling stock and inventory to assisting with store openings and closings.
- Maintaining deep product knowledge — because we believe every customer deserves an expert’s insight.
- For Supervisors: Leading, training, and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service, while keeping daily operations on track.
- Troubleshooting customer issues with empathy and professionalism, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country can’t be considered at this time).
- At least some prior experience in sales, retail, or within a perfume environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
- A welcoming, customer-focused attitude — you genuinely care about creating a great shopping experience.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
- Reliability, honesty, and a collaborative spirit.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with luxury or high-end retail brands.
- A passion for perfume — maybe you already have a favorite note or two!
- Familiarity with Burjuman Mall or Dubai’s retail scene.
- Additional languages beyond English/Arabic.
