What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Indoor:
- Welcome customers with a friendly, consultative approach—think trusted advisor, not pushy sales.
- Guide clients through product selections, tailoring recommendations to their tastes and budget.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in home furnishing to provide informed suggestions.
- Process orders and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth handovers.
- Hit personal sales targets, but also celebrate your team’s success—because we win together.
Sales Coordinator:
- Support the sales team with prompt, organized communication—think of yourself as the glue that keeps things moving.
- Manage quotations, invoices, and coordinate schedules between customers and the sales crew.
- Track inventory levels and flag any issues to managers for quick resolution.
- Field customer queries, helping keep satisfaction rates sky-high.
Sales Manager:
- Lead and motivate the indoor sales team by setting clear goals and providing real-time coaching.
- Analyze sales data to spot trends and tweak tactics—always striving for that next level of performance.
- Build partnerships with suppliers and vendors to broaden our product selection.
- Train newcomers, fostering a culture of constant improvement.
What You’ll Bring
