What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Manager:
Lead the sales team with energy and expertise, set daily targets, and coach team members on delivering exceptional customer service. - Sales Supervisor:
Support the manager, oversee floor activity, and step in to resolve customer queries or tricky situations. - Storekeeper:
Manage inventory, restock displays, and keep all products organized and beautifully presented. - Sales Associates (Sales Boy/Girl):
Greet customers, introduce them to our unique fragrances, and help them find the perfect scent for any occasion. - Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Make sure the store always looks inviting, from spotless shelves to eye-catching displays.
- Respond to customer feedback and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Jump in to help teammates whenever needed — teamwork is at the heart of what we do.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Great communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus!).
- A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in fragrances.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Must be currently in the UAE and ready for same-day joining.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous retail or sales experience (but freshers are welcome!).
- Experience working with luxury brands or in a multicultural team.
- Extra language skills or knowledge of Arabic perfume traditions.
