About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered just how much impact the right talent has on an entire industry? As a Sales & Marketing Executive in our thriving manpower supply company, you won’t just be connecting companies with people—you’ll be driving the engine that keeps major construction and contracting projects on course. This is the sweet spot where your network, negotiation craft, and market savvy translate directly into real results (and outstanding commissions). If you thrive in a role that rewards initiative and relationships, this could be the boost your career needs right now.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit but fast-growing team that’s genuinely passionate about matching skilled workers with the organizations who need them. Think of us as talent spotters who understand the pulse of the construction and contracting world. Our culture? Energetic, collaborative, and solution-focused. We like to celebrate wins—big and small—and our open-door policy isn’t just something we say: everyone from new hires to managers brings ideas to the table. Fridays often wrap up with a team lunch or an after-work laugh; we believe strong teams build stronger partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in construction, contracting, and related industries
  • Actively prospecting new clients—think cold (and warm!) outreach, pitch meetings, on-site visits, and networking events
  • Negotiating manpower supply contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes for both our clients and the business
  • Collaborating closely with our recruitment team to present tailored solutions that align with clients’ real staffing needs
  • Leveraging your industry connections to uncover leads, secure project bids, and open doors to new business opportunities
  • Staying ahead of market trends, keeping a finger on what’s happening across manpower and recruitment in the region
  • Keeping accurate and current records of all sales activities using our CRM—organization is key!
  • Sharing client feedback and market insights so we can continually elevate our service

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in manpower supply or broader recruitment industries
  • Strong, active network within construction, contracting, or similar sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and close manpower contracts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you know how to read a room and build trust
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Familiarity with regional labor laws and compliance for manpower supply
  • A knack for creative problem-solving or outside-the-box sales strategies

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Attractive salary paired with one of the most competitive, performance-driven commission structures in the market
  • Flexibility—enjoy a results-oriented culture with opportunities for partial remote work and flexible hours
  • Real opportunities for professional growth and advancement into senior roles as our business expands
  • Inclusive, open-minded team culture—collaborative but never micromanaged
  • Regular team events, training sessions, and (best of all) plenty of recognition for a job well done
  • Direct impact: every deal you land helps shape the teams building tomorrow’s cities

We know the best work happens when you’re supported, challenged, and rewarded. If you’re driven by results and ready to grow with us, you’ll fit right in.
