What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Marketing Staff
- Reaching out to potential clients and building long-lasting business relationships.
- Supporting marketing campaigns — from brainstorming creative ideas to tracking their impact.
- Attending meetings, events, and networking opportunities around Business Bay.
- Collaborating with teammates to hit (and celebrate!) team sales targets.
- Keeping up with local market trends to help shape our next big move.
Office Assistant
- Providing daily administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.
- Organizing documents, handling calls, and assisting with scheduling and logistics.
- Welcoming guests, managing correspondence, and creating a positive first impression.
- Pitching in wherever needed — whether it’s setting up for a meeting or helping a colleague find a document.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!)
- A positive, can-do attitude — you’re eager to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with office software.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start soon.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or office administration (but freshers are warmly encouraged to apply).
- Friendly, approachable personality with good teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and new challenges.
