What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your days might look like:
- Sales Associates:
- Greet and assist customers in discovering signature scents and new arrivals
- Share expert product knowledge and create memorable shopping experiences
- Support daily merchandising to keep displays as stunning as our perfumes
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and friendly service
- Marketing Executives:
- Craft engaging campaigns to attract and delight perfume lovers
- Coordinate in-store promotions and digital marketing strategies
- Connect with influencers and partners to expand our brand’s reach
- Analyze performance metrics to keep campaigns fresh and effective
- Promoters:
- Enthusiastically present fragrances to shoppers within the Mall
- Build instant rapport and generate interest in promotional offers
- Hand out samples and drive foot traffic to the store
- Provide feedback to the team about customer responses
- Store Supervisors:
- Oversee daily store operations and support the sales team
- Coach and motivate staff to meet and exceed targets
- Ensure inventory is managed smoothly, from deliveries to display
- Handle customer queries and occasionally jump in to help on the sales floor
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude — positivity goes a long way in retail!
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not essential
- Ability to learn product details and share knowledge confidently
- Flexibility to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays as required
- For supervisors/marketing roles:
- Prior experience in retail management or campaign execution preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership qualities
