What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers warmly and help them discover their signature scent or the perfect gift for someone special
- Share your product knowledge and tell the story behind each fragrance, making recommendations tailored to each guest
- Create memorable in-store experiences, from personalized consultations to hands-on sampling
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events (yes, you might get to help host a launch party!)
- Assist with merchandising — ensuring displays are as stunning and inviting as the fragrances themselves
- Handle transactions with care and professionalism, maintaining a seamless checkout process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ways to attract new clients
- Keep up with perfume trends and new arrivals, sharing insights with both customers and colleagues
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Presentable, polished appearance and confident communication skills
- A genuine interest in luxury perfumes and an eagerness to learn more
- Customer-focused mindset; you love making people feel welcome and valued
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality (perfume or beauty industry is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent English; Arabic or another language is a bonus
- Availability for full-time shifts and immediate joining
