What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
- Presenting products and services to potential customers with confidence and clarity
- Identifying client needs and providing tailored recommendations and solutions
- Negotiating deals, following up, and closing sales with professionalism
- Responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services
- Collaborating with the marketing team to craft campaigns and promotional material
- Reporting on sales activities, trends, and feedback to help steer company strategy
- Supporting teammates, sharing successes (and stories), and celebrating wins
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills—fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
- Energetic, self-motivated approach and a hunger to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- Good organization skills and a knack for using CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Must be based in, or willing to work in, Dubai Deira – Etihad Road
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the local UAE market
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Familiarity with digital marketing basics or social media outreach
