What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with potential buyers and renters via phone, email, and in person — every lead counts here.
- Pitching prime properties from our exclusive portfolio, highlighting what makes each one a standout in today’s market.
- Keeping up with market trends to provide clients with the best advice, whether they’re first-time buyers or seasoned investors.
- Coordinating property viewings, negotiations, and paperwork with a “client-first” mindset.
- Collaborating closely with marketing to enhance property listings and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintaining detailed records in our CRM so that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Following up with warm and cold leads — persistence pays off in this game.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of real estate sales, marketing, or tele sales experience — you know this field, and it shows.
- Currently residing inside the UAE and ready to start quickly (we’re hiring now!).
- Excellent communication and people skills — you listen, advise, and build trust.
- Self-motivation and resilience; you don’t shy away from targets or challenges.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Arabic, Hindi, or additional language skills.
- Prior experience working with Business Bay properties — or deep knowledge of local hotspots.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
