What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with shoppers and tenants to promote mall events, offers, and new store openings in creative ways.
- Designing and executing promotional activities that drive foot traffic—think pop-up events, live demonstrations, or seasonal campaigns.
- Building strong relationships with tenants to help support their marketing and sales needs (your advice could shape the next big in-mall trend).
- Staying on top of market trends, collecting feedback from visitors, and presenting actionable insights to the management team.
- Tracking and reporting the performance of campaigns, plus adjusting your tactics for even better results next time.
- Rolling up your sleeves to support the team with daily sales activities, from welcoming new customers to closing sales with a personal touch.
- Collaborating with our social media and design team to enhance the mall’s digital presence and community engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in retail sales, events promotion, or marketing—ideally in a mall or similar retail setting.
- Strong communication skills: you’re as comfortable talking to a group as you are one-on-one.
- A results-driven mindset—you enjoy setting (and beating) targets.
- Adaptability and a genuine love for working somewhere lively and multicultural.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and a knack for picking up new tools quickly.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience executing marketing campaigns in the UAE or GCC.
- Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or other widely spoken languages in Dubai.
