What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging directly with shoppers to understand their needs and recommend the right products or services.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute in-mall promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitoring sales trends and sharing feedback on what’s working — and what isn’t — with management.
- Assisting with visual merchandising, ensuring displays are eye-catching and reflect current promotions.
- Building relationships with store tenants and vendors to coordinate events and maximize footfall.
- Handling customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

What You’ll Bring
