What You’ll Be Doing
- Approaching mall visitors with energy and professionalism, turning passing interest into solid leads
- Understanding customer needs, expertly pitching products, and closing sales with confidence
- Meeting (and exceeding!) monthly sales targets—our incentive program means your effort gets noticed
- Keeping product knowledge fresh, up-to-date, and relevant to shoppers
- Handling customer questions, objections, and after-sales concerns with patience and a smile
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to devise new sales strategies and share what’s working
- Regularly reporting your progress and insights to sales leaders
- Representing the brand with a polished image at all times—you’ll often be the first impression people get of us!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the UAE—mall or retail exposure a plus
- Confident, fluent communication in English (bonus points for other languages)
- Persuasive negotiation skills and a knack for reading people
- Track record of meeting or beating sales targets
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work in a mall or high-traffic retail environment
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Arabic language skills
