What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every customer who walks in like an old friend, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Advising clients and guiding them toward products that suit their personality, tastes, or special occasion needs—think of yourself as a fragrance matchmaker
- Demonstrating deep product knowledge, helping shoppers navigate our curated collection of perfumes and unique gifts
- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately, always with a smile
- Keeping the shop floor immaculate and displays looking their best—presentation matters just as much as product, after all
- Reaching out to past customers occasionally, building personal connections and encouraging repeat visits
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods—whether that means gift-wrapping or helping stock new arrivals
- Meeting (and aiming to beat!) individual and team sales targets, with the extra motivation of an attractive commission scheme
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently based in the UAE, holding either a residency or visit visa
- Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in retail or luxury goods
- Strong communication skills in English (bonus if you also speak Arabic or other languages common to our clientele)
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Eagerness to learn about our product lines and share that knowledge with others
- Flexible, positive attitude—even when the shop gets busy
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience with perfume or high-end gift sales
- Experience working with diverse customers or in multi-lingual environments
