About the Company
Tucked in one of Dubai’s most iconic shopping destinations, our perfume store isn’t just about luxury fragrances; it’s about sparking memories and forging connections. Our diverse, vibrant team genuinely enjoys those “Aha!” moments when a customer falls in love with a new signature scent. With frequent team trainings and friendly internal competitions (there may or may not be bonus goodies involved), there’s always a reason to celebrate — and grow. Here, your personality is just as important as your sales skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
For Sales Associates:
- Welcome customers warmly and offer attentive, personalized guidance — think of yourself as a fragrance matchmaker.
- Share product stories and information with confidence, building trust while upselling and cross-selling creatively.
- Prepare and restock display shelves so our shop always looks (and smells!) inviting.

- Collaborate with your teammates, pitch in during peak hours, and keep the buzz of the store alive.
For Sales Supervisor:
- Lead by example on the floor, coaching and energizing your sales team daily.
- Monitor targets and performance, offering feedback and celebrating wins big and small.
- Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks so the store runs smoothly even in the busiest hours.
- Act as the go-to person for special customer requests or concerns, setting the tone for excellent service.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (unfortunately, this one’s non-negotiable).
- Previous retail sales experience — ideally in perfume, fashion, or beauty (for Sales Supervisor, we’re looking for prior team lead or supervisory exposure).
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are a huge bonus in our multicultural showroom.
- Friendly, energetic personality paired with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience handling POS systems and inventory tasks.
- A knack for storytelling (trust us, every fragrance has a tale!).
- Passion for the beauty or luxury industry.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
