What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with walk-in customers, greeting them warmly, and helping them explore our wide range of fragrances.
- Listening to each customer’s needs and guiding them toward scents that perfectly match their personality — think of yourself as a fragrance matchmaker!
- Handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with phone orders quickly and professionally.
- Keeping the sales area and product displays neat, organized, and eye-catching.
- Supporting team members during busy hours and collaborating to hit daily sales targets together.
- Staying updated on the latest products, promotions, and store guidelines so you can always offer the best advice.
- Handling simple reporting — jotting down customer feedback and helping track stock when needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive, outgoing attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!).
- Willingness to learn, whether you’re a complete beginner or have sales experience.
- You’re currently inside the UAE and ready to start right away.
- Comfortable working shifts and weekends in a busy mall environment.
