What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers warmly and listening to their needs — making every shopper feel welcome and understood.
- Explaining product features and benefits in a way that’s clear, friendly, and persuasive.
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (and celebrating when you do!).
- Handling cash or card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping the sales floor tidy, organized, and inviting — you’ll take pride in how everything looks.
- Learning about new products and promotions to keep your recommendations fresh and relevant.
- Collaborating with your teammates to create a supportive, energetic sales environment.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good communication skills — you’re confident, approachable, and a good listener.
