What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging directly with potential clients over the phone and in person, introducing them to our services and building genuine connections.
  • Responding to inbound calls and leads, turning curiosity into concrete deals.
  • Following up with prospects consistently, nurturing relationships until the timing is right.
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets—we celebrate wins big and small.
  • Accurately updating CRM records and reporting on sales activities (your future self will thank you).
  • Collaborating with other sales representatives, sharing strategies and best practices so the whole team levels up.
  • Staying up to date on market trends so you can engage clients with confidence and insight.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • 1–3 years’ proven experience in sales or telesales, ideally within the UAE market.
    • Excellent communication skills in English—clear, friendly, and persuasive.
    • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented attitude with a knack for connecting with people.
    • Currently residing in the UAE (any nationality welcome to apply).
    • Strong organizational skills—you don’t just juggle tasks; you keep those balls in the air with style.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Fluency in other languages common to the Gulf region.
    • Prior experience dealing with B2B clients.
