What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting potential customers with a genuine smile, both in-store and out in the field
- Understanding customer needs, patiently answering queries, and guiding them toward tailored solutions
- Making outbound calls (nothing robotic—we want authentic conversations!) to engage new prospects
- Demonstrating products or services with clarity and confidence
- Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets—with teamwork, not cutthroat competition
- Keeping detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and successful sales
- Working closely with a supportive team who actually celebrates each other’s wins
- Taking feedback on board to sharpen your approach and skills
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years of sales experience in retail, field, or tele-sales (We’re open to various backgrounds!)
- A positive attitude and clear, confident communication—whether you’re talking to a customer or a teammate
- Willingness to work flexible hours and locations as needed (indoor, outdoor, or telesales)
- Good spoken English; more languages are always a bonus
- Basic computer skills—a little Excel here, a quick email there
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you see targets as goals, not hurdles
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the Dubai market or UAE retail sector
- Fluency in regional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, etc.)
- Previous work with CRM systems or POS software
