What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging customers: Greet every visitor with a warm welcome and assist them in discovering their signature scent.
- Mastering product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest fragrances, key ingredients, and brand backstories — your expertise will set the store apart.
- Sales magic: Guide customers through purchase decisions, up-sell where appropriate, and maintain an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Visual merchandising: Keep displays immaculate and create stunning showcases that turn window-shoppers into buyers.
- Team collaboration: For Supervisors, lead by example, coach junior staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently living in the UAE, with a preference for candidates available to join immediately.
- Friendly, engaging personality and strong communication skills in English.
- Previous sales experience — retail or perfume industry background is a big plus.
- For the Supervisor role: Prior experience leading a team, along with a hands-on, motivating approach.
- Passion for customer service and an eye for detail.
