What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome and engage every customer, making them feel like a VIP from the moment they walk in
- Present and recommend perfumes, tailoring suggestions to each guest’s preferences and needs
- Build genuine connections—answer questions, share product knowledge, and make the buying process smooth and enjoyable
- Handle sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Help keep the shelves looking perfect, display products creatively, and ensure the store always looks inviting
- Work closely with teammates—teamwork is huge here, especially during busy shopping times
- Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and bestsellers so you can give customers the best advice
- Occasionally support with stock checks, inventory, and keeping the back-of-house running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service (ideally in perfume, cosmetics, or retail)
- Good spoken English; other languages are a big bonus in our international setting
- Friendly attitude—the kind that instantly puts customers at ease
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays (Dubai Mall is always lively!)
- You must currently be inside the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in luxury or high-end retail
- Knowledge of opulent fragrance brands or a personal passion for perfumes
- Multilingual skills
