What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with genuine warmth and guiding them through an immersive discovery of our exclusive perfume collections.
- Building long-term customer relationships—think of yourself more as a fragrance consultant than a salesperson.
- Sharing in-depth product knowledge and recommendations, tailored to individual tastes and preferences.
- Ensuring displays always look immaculate, reflecting the prestige of our brand and the expectations of Dubai’s global clientele.
- Handling point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, making every purchase feel special.
- (For the Sales Supervisor) Coaching and motivating the team, leading by example, and stepping in to resolve customer queries with tact and expertise.
- Supporting day-to-day store operations (stock checks, visual merchandising, administrative tasks) with ownership and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with management on store targets, special promotions, and new launch events.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency in the UAE (sorry, we can’t sponsor international relocations right now).
- Customer service or retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-traffic environments.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers from all walks of life.
- A collaborative spirit—you enjoy being part of a multi-cultural, energetic team.
- Availability for immediate joining (your ability to start right away will give you an edge).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in fragrance or beauty retail—your perfume passion will shine through.
