What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a smile, answering questions, and helping them find exactly what they need.
- Keeping the sales floor tidy, organized, and inviting — you know when a shelf needs a quick touch-up.
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Sharing knowledge about new arrivals or special promotions with customers.
- Supporting your teammates during busy hours — sometimes it’s all hands on deck!
- Occasionally assisting with inventory or restocking as needed.
- Taking feedback and suggestions seriously, always looking for ways to improve our service.
- Adhering to company policies with a professional, positive attitude.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous sales or customer service experience (retail experience a plus, but not a requirement)
- Basic English communication skills — enough to chat comfortably with customers
- A positive, approachable personality and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts starting at 4:30 pm
- Valid passport and readiness to work in Dubai
Nice-to-Haves:
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- A keen eye for visual merchandising
