What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with prospective clients — whether on the phone, in person, or online — to understand their property needs and match them with the right opportunities
- Conducting property tours and confidently presenting features and benefits tailored to each client’s priorities
- Negotiating deals and supporting clients through every step of the sales process, from first inquiry to handing over the keys
- Staying on top of market trends in Dubai’s ever-evolving real estate landscape, sharing insights with the team
- Driving digital marketing campaigns (for digital marketing roles): creating engaging content, managing social media, and generating leads through creative online strategies
- Collaborating with a dynamic team, sharing leads and success stories, and supporting your colleagues’ growth as much as your own
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, property marketing, or digital marketing (depending on role)
- Strong communication skills — in English (other languages always welcome!)
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships
- A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to succeed
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from within UAE only)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market or local property laws
- Experience using CRM systems or digital marketing tools
- Multilingual abilities
