We’re urgently searching for Sales Associates and a Sales Supervisor to join our renowned perfume brand at Mall of the Emirates, one of Dubai’s premier shopping destinations. What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, making each visitor feel truly welcomed
- Guide customers through our diverse fragrance selection, sharing your insights and suggestions
- Upsell complementary products with authenticity (think gift sets, travel sizes, and more)
- Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale — every dirham counts!
- Maintain the elegance of the store displays and ensure stock levels are just right
- For Supervisors: lead by example, motivate your team, and handle day-to-day shifts with a can-do attitude
- Support with merchandising, inventory checks, and new product launches
- Keep communication clear with both customers and your team — transparency goes a long way
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills — you know how to make someone smile
- Strong customer service instincts; you truly enjoy helping others
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (retail magic happens every day)
- For Supervisor roles: proven experience leading a retail team is essential
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales
- Multi-lingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French are always a plus!)
- A genuine interest in perfumes and personal style
