What You’ll Be Doing
- Building genuine relationships with clients and prospects — whether face-to-face or over the phone, you’ll be the voice (and smile) of our company.
- Presenting our services and helping clients find the perfect talent match to fuel their growth.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, from brainstorming wild ideas to tracking what really works.
- Sourcing and qualifying job candidates using a mix of your intuition and our tools — there’s real detective work involved.
- Providing ongoing follow-up and support so both clients and candidates feel cared for along the way.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently based inside the UAE and ready for immediate onboarding.
- Fluent English skills — every bit as comfortable chatting with clients as making a persuasive call.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing (we’d love real stories of impact, not just buzzwords).
- Positive attitude and the confidence to strike up conversations with just about anyone.
