What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building genuine relationships with clients and prospects — whether face-to-face or over the phone, you’ll be the voice (and smile) of our company.
  • Presenting our services and helping clients find the perfect talent match to fuel their growth.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, from brainstorming wild ideas to tracking what really works.
  • Sourcing and qualifying job candidates using a mix of your intuition and our tools — there’s real detective work involved.
  • Providing ongoing follow-up and support so both clients and candidates feel cared for along the way.
  • Meeting and exceeding your own targets, but always with the team’s bigger goals in mind.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry news and trends — we love a team member who brings fresh insights to the table.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently based inside the UAE and ready for immediate onboarding.
  • Fluent English skills — every bit as comfortable chatting with clients as making a persuasive call.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing (we’d love real stories of impact, not just buzzwords).
  • Positive attitude and the confidence to strike up conversations with just about anyone.
  • Collaborative nature — we work fast and win as a team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc., all valued here!).
  • Previous recruitment, HR, or business development exposure.
