What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with potential buyers and renters both in person (showings, meetings, events) and through digital platforms—no two days are the same
- Fielding and following up on leads, whether they start from a web enquiry or a chance conversation in a lobby
- Creating and sharing listings across social media, WhatsApp, and other channels to attract prospects
- Building real trust with clients by listening to their needs and guiding them through every stage of the property journey
- Keeping detailed records—because you know a small detail can often close a big deal
- Working closely with your team to hit collective targets (and celebrating each win, big and small)
- Staying on top of property market trends in Dubai to provide informed, confident advice
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of real estate sales or marketing experience (indoor, outdoor, or digital)
- Confident communication in English—comfortable chatting with clients from all over the world
- Based in the UAE and ready to hit the ground running (any nationality welcome)
