About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the type of person who thrives on building relationships and turning conversations into lasting business partnerships? As a Sales Representative in our foodstuff distribution team, your role goes far beyond just “making the sale.” You’ll have the chance to shape what’s on the shelves and menus across the region, connecting our quality products with the businesses that need them most. In a market as dynamic and competitive as the UAE, every day brings a fresh set of opportunities—and challenges—for someone who’s passionate about food and driven to succeed.

About the Company

We’re not just another player in the food distribution scene; our company has carved out a reputation for reliability, integrity, and a genuine love for what we do. Our team is a lively mix of industry veterans and up-and-coming talent, all united by a shared goal: making sure our partners always have access to the very best products, right when they need them. Collaboration is the norm here, and you’ll notice that ideas (and maybe the occasional snack sample) move freely across departments. Success stories? We celebrate them together—often over a shared meal.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while always keeping an eye out for new opportunities in the UAE market
  • Visiting restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and distributors to introduce our products and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms that balance client needs with company goals
  • Working closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries (because in food, freshness is everything)
  • Keeping a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to help shape our product offerings
  • Meeting (and aiming to exceed) monthly sales targets—yes, we love a little friendly competition
  • Managing all sales-related documentation and reporting for your accounts, keeping things transparent and up-to-date

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Demonstrated success in foodstuff sales and distribution within the UAE
    • A strong network of contacts among restaurants, retail outlets, or hospitality groups
    • Valid UAE residence visa
    • Private car and UAE driving license (you’ll be on the road often)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus, but not required)
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with CRM software or similar sales tools
    • Multilingual abilities—bonus points for Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog
    • Familiarity with current food and beverage trends in the UAE market

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based commissions
  • Car allowance and travel expense reimbursement
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture that values your input and celebrates your wins
  • Regular training and professional development sessions (we want you to grow with us)
  • Flexible approach to work hours and locations—your results matter most
  • Opportunities to collaborate with top brands and innovative businesses across the UAE
  • Staff discounts on our products (your pantry might never be the same!)

We know that sales is as much about people as it is about numbers. If you’re looking for a workplace where your initiative is noticed, your relationships are valued, and your career can really move forward, you’ll feel right at home with us.
