What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and roll out creative marketing strategies tailored to residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Take the reins on our social media presence: publishing posts, driving engagement, launching paid ads, and keeping a pulse on trends in the Ajman and broader UAE property market.
- Plan, shoot, and edit polished promotional videos—from quick Instagram reels to in-depth property walkthroughs.
- Craft visually striking graphics and write persuasive copy for listings, email campaigns, and brochures.
- Analyze campaign performance and community feedback—then adapt your approach to maximize reach and leads.
- Collaborate closely with sales, property management, and design teams to ensure marketing reflects real-time opportunities and client needs.
- Occasionally, help coordinate on-site events or launch days—capturing the excitement in-person and online.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience with digital marketing—preferably in real estate, property, or a related space.
- Proven skills in shooting and editing videos (think more than phone clips; we want a bit of polish!).
- Strong command of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and ideally Snapchat).
- Good eye for visual design and ability to use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar (basic editing at least).
- Comfortable writing engaging, clear content in English (Arabic is a bonus).
- A proactive mindset—ready to suggest, test, and improve ideas.
