What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to prospective clients, answering their questions, and guiding them through the property process
- Scheduling and hosting property viewings with energy and professionalism
- Maintaining clear communication with clients via phone, email, and in person — you’ll build trust from day one
- Learning the Ajman property market and staying on top of new listings and trends
- Creating simple property presentations or listings on your laptop (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes)
- Working with teammates to meet shared goals and celebrate collective wins
- Keeping detailed records of your interactions and progress, using basic digital tools
- Striving to deliver a superb client experience every single time
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Confident spoken and written English (you’ll be talking to all sorts of people)
- Presence and good grooming — first impressions matter in real estate!
- Comfortable using a laptop for emails, simple documents, and browsing
- Valid, transferable UAE residence visa
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
- Willingness to work full-time, 10 AM to 7 PM, with Fridays off
Nice-to-Haves
- Salesmanship, people skills, or customer service experience of any kind
- Familiarity with Ajman neighborhoods (even as a resident or regular visitor)
- Multilingual ability — Arabic or any other language is a bonus
