What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with potential buyers, sellers, and renters — both in-person and via phone or WhatsApp — to understand their needs and match them with the best properties.
- Handling property viewings: scheduling, presenting, and expertly answering client questions along the way.
- Marketing listings through our agency channels, social media, and your own local network.
- Negotiating deals and guiding clients through every step of the transaction from offer to handover.
- Staying informed about Ajman’s property trends, prices, and legal requirements.
- Attending team briefings, brainstorming sessions, and (yes) the occasional impromptu celebration when a big deal closes.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in real estate, preferably in Ajman or surrounding emirates.
- Resident status in the UAE with eligibility for sponsorship transfer.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — a genuine people person.
- Comfortable with local property regulations, contracts, and procedures.
- Preferred: Valid UAE driving license and your own vehicle.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage listings and engage clients online.
- Self-motivated with a proven knack for closing deals.
