What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with customers: Understand client needs and recommend the right IT products and solutions.
- Drive sales activity: Proactively approach potential clients — both indoors and out in the field.
- Build relationships: Develop long-term connections that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Hit sales targets: Keep yourself motivated with achievable goals (and earn recognition when you smash them!).
- Stay updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and product launches so you’re always ready to give great advice.
- Daily reporting: Provide regular updates to your team lead, sharing key wins and learning from any challenges.
- Customer support: After the sale, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous sales experience (retail or field, especially in electronics or IT, is a big plus)
- Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable explaining tech in everyday language
- Positive attitude, self-drive, and a knack for building rapport quickly
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to customer needs
- Currently residing in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves
