What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role and strengths, your day-to-day could include:
- Sales Associates & Promoters: Engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products to boost sales and satisfaction.
- Cashiers: Handling transactions with accuracy, providing a friendly checkout experience, and resolving minor customer queries as needed.
- Sales Supervisors: Leading by example, motivating your team, tracking sales targets, and ensuring store standards are always met.
- Store Helpers: Keeping the store tidy, assisting customers with finding products, and supporting the team wherever needed (no two days are the same).
- Stock Controllers: Overseeing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and making sure shelves are always well-stocked and organized.
- Visual Merchandisers: Designing attractive product displays, refreshing layouts, and ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Retail Coordinators: Supporting daily operations, assisting with scheduling, and being the go-to problem solver for both staff and customers.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (we’re unable to consider overseas applicants at this time)
- Willingness and ability to join immediately
- Friendly attitude and a genuine interest in creating a great customer experience
- Basic English communication skills – other languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous retail experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with POS systems or inventory management
- Eye for detail, especially for visual merchandising roles
- Team spirit and the ability to stay positive under pressure
