What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers as they enter and making them feel at home — yes, even on the busiest days!
- Helping shoppers find that perfect pair of shoes or must-have bag, offering genuine style suggestions along the way
- Handling the cash register, processing payments, and making sure every transaction is smooth and accurate
- Restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the shop floor looking its best
- Building lasting relationships with regular customers and helping them discover new arrivals
- Working closely with your teammates to hit store targets (and celebrate when you do)
- Staying up to date with the latest trends in footwear and accessories so you can always give great advice
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner — we love people who genuinely enjoy helping others
- Good English communication skills (other languages are a plus!)
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- You must be currently inside the UAE and ready for immediate joining
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous retail or sales experience (but if you’re a fresher, don’t worry — we’ll show you the ropes)
