What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a smile, answering their questions, and helping them find the perfect gift or treat
- Arranging product displays so everything looks as tempting as it tastes
- Handling sales transactions at the register with accuracy and care
- Supporting walk-in customers and building relationships with repeat clients
- Keeping the shop tidy, stocked, and always ready for the next chocolate lover
- For Sales Representatives: visiting nearby businesses or event planners to share samples and promote our latest offerings
- Ensuring orders are beautifully wrapped and ready on time for collection or delivery
- Teaming up with colleagues for inventory counts, seasonal promotions, and a bit of in-store fun
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine smile and friendly attitude, with a real love for helping people
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus!)
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful — but not essential if you’re a fast learner
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, stand on your feet, and keep energy high throughout the day
- For Sales Reps: a valid UAE driver’s license and some experience calling on clients is a plus
