Our busy Chocolate and Gifts shop in Al Rigga, Dubai is growing, and we’re looking for both male and female Salespeople who bring energy, positivity, and top-notch communication skills. About the Company
You won’t find any conveyor belts or cold transactions here! Our shop is all about delighting our customers, whether they’re regulars picking up their weekly treat or tourists searching for that special Dubai souvenir. The team is close-knit—think impromptu coffee runs, shared birthday celebrations, and the odd friendly debate over the best praline in the shop. We believe in creativity, genuine service, and making every customer’s visit a memorable little celebration. Our shop floor is often filled with laughter, color, and—of course—the irresistible scent of fine chocolate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting each customer with a warm, enthusiastic welcome (and meaning it)
- Advising shoppers on chocolates, gifts, and special packages—finding the perfect fit for every occasion
- Keeping the display shelves organized, beautiful, and temptingly stocked
- Processing purchases efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with care and accuracy
- Creatively wrapping gifts and assisting with seasonal displays and in-store promotions
- Maintaining a high level of shop cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Offering thoughtful product suggestions and upselling when it genuinely adds value
- Collaborating with teammates to hit sales targets—celebrating the wins together
- Lending a hand during busy periods, whether that’s running errands or helping prep gift baskets
- Contributing your ideas in team meetings—for us, good ideas come from everyone
What You’ll Bring

- Basic numeracy and comfort handling money
