What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with genuine enthusiasm and helping them find just what they need
- Explaining product features and offering honest recommendations — think of yourself as a trusted tech guide
- Managing sales transactions smoothly and accurately, from payments to packaging
- Arranging attractive displays (there’s a bit of creativity involved!) and restocking shelves
- Handling basic troubleshooting or setup questions — don’t worry, we’ll teach you
- For Sales Managers:
- Leading by example on the floor, coaching your team, and celebrating wins
- Planning sales strategies, tracking targets, and making sure the shop runs like clockwork
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Pitching in for inventory counts and occasional store events; teamwork really matters here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently based somewhere in the UAE — sorry, we can’t process overseas applications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally with electronics or tech products
- Friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and genuine patience (the queues can get long!)
- For Sales Manager role: leadership experience and a knack for motivating others
- Basic English fluency; Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or Arabic are all a plus
Nice-to-Haves:
- A passion for electronics or technology — even if you’re more of a “fixer” than a “techie”
- Confident using point-of-sale systems or inventory software
- Comfort working weekends or evenings as part of an 8-hour shift rotation
