What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with walk-in customers to understand their needs and present fitting furniture solutions
  • Following up on leads and handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels—no script required, just your natural flair!
  • Closing sales with confidence, always aiming for that win-win outcome for both client and company
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our ever-evolving product range (don’t worry, you’ll get plenty of hands-on training)
  • Supporting the visual merchandising team to keep the showroom looking inviting and on-trend
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets—and celebrating together when you do
  • Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in furniture or home furnishings (but a winning attitude matters more)
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping customers
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude—first impressions count!
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Dubai’s retail environment or a background in telesales
