What You’ll Be Doing
- Building real connections: Reach out to prospects through calls, visits, or online meetings to introduce our products and services.
- Listening and advising: Understand customers’ needs and craft tailored solutions that make a difference.
- Following up: Keep track of leads, respond promptly, and nurture relationships that turn a “maybe” into a “yes.”
- Collaborating closely: Work hand-in-hand with teammates to hit group targets and innovate new sales approaches.
- Keeping records: Update our CRM and maintain accurate logs of calls, meetings, and client feedback.
- Staying sharp: Attend product trainings and industry briefings—we’re always learning, and so will you.
- Pitching in: From supporting office operations to joining early morning team huddles, every role pitches in where needed.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive, can-do attitude—let’s face it, sales is for optimists!
- Comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life, in English (other languages are a plus).
- Prior sales or telesales experience is valued, but if you’re genuinely motivated, we welcome newcomers too.
- For Sales Executive/Representative roles: some experience with targets or quotas is helpful.
- Basic computer and office skills for keeping organized.
- Able to work in Dubai and currently residing in the UAE.
