What You’ll Be Doing
- For Sales Staff (Indoor):
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products—think of yourself as a tech matchmaker.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of electronics in a hands-on, approachable way.
- Keep the sales floor looking sharp, stocked, and welcoming.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions carefully and accurately.
- Tackle customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with new arrivals and share your excitement with customers.
- For Sales Manager:
- Lead and motivate the sales team—your energy sets the tone.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth shifts and high customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members, set sales targets, and help everyone reach their potential.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and spot trends in customer preferences.
- Handle escalated customer issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Currently residing inside the UAE—this role is only open for candidates within the country.
- For Sales Staff: Previous experience in retail or electronics sales is a big plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
- For Sales Manager: Proven experience managing a sales team, ideally in electronics or retail.
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus.
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a flexible schedule.
- Nice-to-Haves:
