If you love helping people find just the right thing and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this opportunity might have your name written all over it. We’re searching for salespeople with excellent communication skills to be the welcoming face at our well-loved perfumes and gifts shop in the heart of Al Rigga, Dubai. About Us
Our shop has been a staple in Al Rigga’s vibrant neighborhood for years — a local go-to spot for the latest perfumes and thoughtful gifts. Here, it’s not just about what’s on the shelf; it’s about the warm welcome, expert advice, and the extra touch that turns first-time shoppers into loyal customers. We’re a small team that believes in genuine connections, celebrating tradition, and making every visit memorable. (By the way, our weekly “fragrance testing” sessions have become a team favorite, and yes, everyone goes home smelling fantastic.)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and making them feel at home from the moment they step inside (a friendly hello goes a long way!)
- Listening carefully to customers’ needs and helping them select perfumes or gifts they’ll love.
- Explaining fragrance notes and gift options so customers feel confident and satisfied with their choices.
- Keeping the shop neat, tidy, and inviting, including restocking shelves and arranging displays to catch the eye.
- Processing sales efficiently (with careful attention to detail) and handling payments at the register.
- Meeting personal and team sales targets, with commission opportunities to make your efforts really pay off.
- Staying up-to-date on new arrivals and bestsellers — sharing what you love with customers and teammates alike.
- Occasionally assisting with inventory checks, price tagging, or wrapping beautiful, ready-to-gift purchases.
