What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcoming every customer—from perfume novice to expert collector—and helping them discover their new favorite scent.
- Listening closely to customers’ preferences, making tailored recommendations, and sharing stories behind different fragrances.
- Keeping the displays stocked, neat, and enticing, so each scent shines.
- Ringing up purchases efficiently and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the till.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets (team celebrations when we smash them!).
- Staying up-to-date with new product arrivals and learning what makes each fragrance unique.
- Occasionally assisting with inventory checks or unpacking new shipments—those unboxing days feel like opening presents.
- Maintaining product knowledge and following company sales and service standards.
